THIS SUNDAY 11.00 am Mass. We welcome the children preparing for their First Holy Communion with their ‘extended families’.
Second Collection Today for the Johnson Association who support the sick and infirmed Priests of the Diocese.
LOURDES: A short presentation will be given after each Mass recalling a pilgrims journey to Lourdes
DURING the WEEK DEACON’S MEETING On Wednesday we will welcome Bishop Kenney and the Deacons of the area and their wives to the Parish. Everyone is welcome to attend Mass which will be followed by refreshments in the MRR.
COVENTRY DEANERY Meeting of Deacons and Priest of Coventry this Tuesday at St. John Fisher.
CANDIDIACY At Oscott College, this Saturday Leo Poole will receive candidacy by which the church formally accepts Leo as a candidate for ordination to the Diaconate. Please remember Leo, Annemarie and their family in your prayers.

CHRISTMASS BAZAAR (Friday, 2nd December.) Every Sunday leading up to the Bazaar we will be looking for donations. Next Sunday would you bring a bottle for the Bottle stall. All donations, clean cuddly toys/teddies, gifts for Tombola etc. can be left in the church porch or dropped at the Presbytery.

RCIA (Journey in Faith) – the programme continues on Thursdays at 7.45 p.m. at St John Vianney parish, Mount Nod. This Thursday   ‘Getting the Most out of the Mass part 2’ All welcome.

Fr Timothy: I have received a lovely letter from Fr. Timothy thanking everyone for their kindness and generosity at the recent celebration. He was most touched by the warmth of the welcome and the support of the pupils from both our schools. I have also received a beautiful card from Fr. Timothy mother, Kathleen expressing her thanks too.

QUICK PARISH ART PROJECT – Stars over Bethlehem: Everyone is invited to make a star so that we can create an image of the night sky over Bethlehem, communicating the joy, peace and hope we celebrate at Our Lords birth. You can print, sew, paint, glue even knit! Closing date is the 4th December and the work will be displayed in church from 11th December through to Epiphany.
